nCourage offers 24-hour support in partnership with Victim Services of Peel. If you need services After-hours, please contact Victim Services of Peel's Crises Line at (905) 568-1068.
By calling Victim Services of Peel, you will be provied with support, and activate our care path to be referred to nCourage.

What you can expect from nCourage is, a client centered, trauma informed, and holistic approach to support. nCourage staff provide coordination of services for all identified needs, such as:
- System Navigation and Immediate Support
- Basic Needs (Shelter, Food, etc.)
- Safety Planning and/or Risk Assessment
- Medical Care and Support
- Advocacy and Accompaniment
- Counseling (Trauma, etc.)
- Mental Health Services and Supports
- Substance Use
- Care Management (Short- & Long-Term Support)
- Accessing Housing
- Life Skills
- Education and Employment
- Legal Support
- etc.
nCourage offers both in person and virtual service, based on safety and preference. We also offer services in preferred language.
